Your Role

Lead design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
Deliver scalable ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM modules based on client needs.
Integrate ServiceNow with systems like CMDB, Active Directory, and third-party tools.
Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and configure/customize the platform.
Optimize workflows using scripting, automation, and best practices.
Ensure platform governance, performance, and compliance.
Mentor junior consultants and uphold quality through reviews and documentation.

Your Profile

6 to 12years of experience in Service Now
Proven experience in ServiceNow implementation, customization, and support projects.
Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow architecture.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
Ability to lead client engagements, conduct training, and manage project deliverables.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
