JD for Service Now ITSM

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic ServiceNow Senior Developer to join our team The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet the complex needs of our organization This role requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform including its capabilities limitations and best practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation Oversee the implementation of ITSM and HRSD ServiceNow modules with integration experience
• Integration Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems utilizing APIs web services and other integration tools
• Customization Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules while adhering to ServiceNow best practices
• Support and Maintenance Provide advanced support and maintenance for the ServiceNow platform troubleshooting issues and ensuring system stability and performance
• Collaboration Work closely with stakeholders including business analysts project managers and IT teams to gather requirements provide solutions and ensure successful project delivery
• Documentation Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications test plans and user guides

Education Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field Advanced degrees or certifications in ServiceNow are a plus
• Experience Minimum of 6 to 9 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation with a strong portfolio of successful projects

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in JavaScript

JD for Service Now ITOM

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Operations Management with a focus on CMDB Discovery Service Mapping Orchestration and Event Management
• o Proven experience in designing and implementing ITOM solutions in complex environments
• Technical Skills
• o Deep understanding of ITOM tools and technologies particularly in the ServiceNow platform or similar tools
• o Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices
• o Proficiency in scripting languages eg Python PowerShell and automation tools
• o well versed with ServiceNow scripting creation of custom patterns  tag based Discovery
• o Experience in resolving Discovery issues  coordinating with various infra teams
• o Working experience in Service Maps Experience in creating pattern based  tag based service maps Experience in writing custom patterns
