Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Service Manager role located in Odisha, India. The Service Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and coordinate the service team, ensure customer satisfaction, handle customer complaints and queries, and supervise service-related activities. The role includes scheduling service appointments, ensuring adherence to company standards, and implementing service improvement strategies.

Qualifications

Strong communication and leadership skills
