The Service Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and coordinate the service team, ensure customer satisfaction, handle customer complaints and queries, and supervise service-related activities. The role includes scheduling service appointments, ensuring adherence to company standards, and implementing service improvement strategies. Qualifications Experience in managing service teams and overseeing daily operations Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and scheduling abilities Proficient in handling customer complaints and inquiries Ability to implement and oversee service improvement strategies Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Experience in the individual and family services industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
