We specialize in a wide range of construction equipment, including Backhoe Loaders, Excavators, Pavers, and Concrete Pumps. Our commitment goes beyond sales—we provide reliable after-sales service and genuine spare parts to ensure maximum uptime and performance for all your machinery needs. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a Service Manager at Team Engineers. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the after-sales service of all construction equipment, managing service technicians, coordinating maintenance schedules, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in managing Service , parts and after-sales service for construction equipment Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of maintenance scheduling and service operations Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Technical background in engineering or related field Experience : 10 years + Education : B.E. / Diploma Preferably from Construction equipment industry.
