Are you a service operations expert with a passion for communication technology? Join our team at Sanchar Wireless Communication Ltd, as a Service Manager!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead component-level repair of RF/wireless devices (walkie-talkies, dash cams, SMPS, etc.)
Manage service KPIs – TAT, CSAT, SLA compliance, and team performance
Handle AMC/warranty workflows, vendor coordination, and technical documentation
Ensure service quality, process optimization, and client satisfaction (Govt. & Institutional)
What We’re Looking For:Strong technical background in electronics repair and diagnostics
Proven leadership in after-sales service managementProficiency in advanced Excel and data-driven service tracking
Experience with institutional/government service contracts
Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Electronics & Communication
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,120.38 - ₹60,231.35 per month
