Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:
Oversee daily workshop operations including job card opening, vehicle repairs, and timely delivery.
Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and technician performance.
Ensure all service processes follow company and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) guidelines.
Customer Service:
Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely resolution of service issues.
Conduct periodic follow-ups with customers post service.
Team Management:
Supervise and guide Service Advisors, Technicians, Floor Supervisors, and other staff.
Conduct regular training and skill development programs.
Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of team members.
Revenue & Profitability:
Achieve service department targets (e.g., revenue, labor sales, parts sales, etc.).
Promote value-added services, AMC, extended warranties, and service packages.
Control operational costs and improve workshop productivity.
Inventory and Parts Coordination:
Coordinate with the parts department to ensure availability of required parts.
Minimize vehicle hold-up due to unavailability of spares.
Compliance & Reporting:
Maintain proper documentation, audit compliance, and safety standards.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Ensure adherence to manufacturer warranty policies and claims processing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹39,207.08 per month
