Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven **Service Manager** to lead our IT Products Service Team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of **5 years of experience in IT hardware services** and possess strong leadership and coordination skills. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the IT products service team. * Motivate, guide, and manage the team to achieve service targets and maintain high performance. * Ensure timely and effective resolution of service requests and technical issues. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement. * Keep the team updated with the latest trends and technologies in IT hardware and services. * Monitor service quality and implement process improvements where necessary. **Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT hardware and service management. * Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. * Ability to handle customer queries and escalations professionally. * Up-to-date knowledge of IT hardware products and support techniques. **Working Hours:** 9:15 AM to 7:00 PM Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
