Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Service Manager for our Raipur location to oversee daily operations in our service department. The Service Manager will ensure customer satisfaction by managing service operations, coordinating with the technical team, overseeing maintenance schedules, and ensuring the highest quality standards. Additionally, the role involves handling customer inquiries, ensuring timely repairs, and promoting service excellence.

• Technical knowledge in automotive maintenance and repair

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or related field
