Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee the daily operations of housekeeping services to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet customer expectations.
Lead and motivate a team of housekeepers to achieve exceptional service quality.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to enhance overall guest experience.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications.
