Roles and Responsibility

  • Oversee the daily operations of housekeeping services to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet customer expectations.
  • Lead and motivate a team of housekeepers to achieve exceptional service quality.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to enhance overall guest experience.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications.
