Job Description

As a Service Integration Manager at Air Liquide, you will play a crucial role in managing Global Data Platforms (GDO) and business applications activities delivered by the Global Digital & IT Delivery Services (GDDS). Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing operations related to Data lake platform, BI platform, data portal, data studio, API management platform, and data integration platform - Managing Robot Processing Automation (RPA) and SAP development operations - Handling Industrial applications such as quality assurance, test automation, support, and maintenance for IOT platform - Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs, expectations, and existing processes - Documenting interface protocols and ensuring stakeholder buy-in - Monitoring adherence to established protocols and resolving any issues or conflicts - Facilitating communication between teams and acting as a central point of contact - Continuously improving protocols based on feedback and operational experience - Providing training and support on interface protocols to core/regional and vendor teams To be a successful candidate for this role, you should have: - Minimum 7 years of experience in IT service, GCC of Industrial set up - Experience in Business Intelligency, data warehouse, Data integration, and Data management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong process orientation and workflow optimization abilities - Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills - Diplomacy and negotiation skills - Cultural awareness and ability to adapt communication styles accordingly - Proficiency in Power BI and Google Sheets for reporting, data analysis, and creating dashboards At Air Liquide, they value diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
