Service Floor Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities

 Workshop Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop floor, ensuring

smooth workflow, efficient utilisation of resources, and timely completion of service jobs

 Work Allocation: Assign service jobs to technicians based on their skills, expertise, and

workload capacity. Prioritise urgent repairs or service requests to meet customer

expectations

 Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to technicians when faced with

complex repairs or diagnostic challenges

 Team Management: Supervise and provide guidance to technicians, and other workshop

staff

 Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate workshop processes and identify opportunities

for improvement in efficiency, productivity, and Customer satisfaction

 Quality Control: Monitor the quality of repair and maintenance work performed by

technicians, ensuring adherence to TVS standards and Customer satisfaction

 Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports on workshop performance, service metrics,

and customer feedback. Maintain accurate documentation of workshop activities

Skills Required

 Profound technical knowledge of 2-wheeler repair & maintenance procedures

 Strong leadership and supervisory skills to manage a team effectively

 Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues, analyse root causes, and implement

effective solutions in a fast-paced workshop environment

 Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with technicians, service advisors,

Customers and other stakeholders

 Time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and optimise

workflow efficiency

 Proficient in managing inventory, tracking stock levels, and maintaining accurate records

 Collaborative and team-oriented approach to work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
