Field Service Engineer – Signage Printers

Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

Perform installation, demonstration, and configuration of signage printers at customer sites.
Ensure all installations follow company standards and best practices.
Provide timely on-site service, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance support.
Train operators and customers on equipment usage, updates, and technical improvements.
Maintain accurate service documentation, reports, and records.
Address urgent technical issues beyond office hours when required.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Travel PAN India or within assigned territories for service assignments.

Requirements

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics
3+ years of experience (UV/signage printer background preferred)
Good communication skills in English
