Position: Service Engineer/ Technician

Job Summary:

• We are searching for a detail-orientated, deadline-driven service engineer to join our growing company.
• The service engineer's responsibilities include repairing faults, servicing equipment, creating preventative maintenance strategies, and updating user manuals. You should provide friendly, efficient service at all times.
• To be successful as a service engineer, you should be knowledgeable about machines and willing to accept constructive criticism. Ultimately, an outstanding service engineer will exhibit resourcefulness as well as superb active listening and troubleshooting skills.

Work Responsibilities:

• Performs diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on machines while maintaining company standards and adhering to time constraints.
• Tests, repairs and communicates issues to service engineer and conduct additional repair work as advised by service engineer.
• Replaces parts and components and keep detailed, organized records of all repair work done on each machine.
• Impart trainings to the technicians in the team.
• Communicates with service managers about parts ordered, parts required, and timeliness of order completion and ensure recovery of all rejected parts against FOC and payment collection.
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.
• Assuring that all the activities are executed as per the SOPs as defined in QMS
• Providing proper training to the technician regarding the SOPs, safety, waste disposal & Applicable Statutory & Regulatory Compliances.
• Creating a good working environment in the plant including Standard waste disposal, Housekeeping & hygiene.

Required Skills:

• Troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment, manage a team.
• Mobile tools and applications, products and all the parts.
• To work flexible shifts, willing to travel and to adapt to changing work schedules and to be a team player.

Required Qualification & Experience:

• ITI/Diploma in Engineering
• Having 1 to 5 years of experience
