Service Engineer

TACKLERS ENGINEERING PVT. LTD. (Previously Techno Industries) is a 5-decade experienced organization that offers Material & Floor handling solutions through EOT cranes, Hoists, Automated Racking System is looking for front-line sales and business development executives.

Service Engineer for Below Mentioned Location :-

 Ahmedabad – 05 nos.

ü Responsible for Installation, timely maintenance & repair service for EOT /gantry/ hoist etc.

ü resolving customers equipment's problems/ breakdowns/ any issue through technical expertise and troubleshooting with complete technical support to customer.

ü demonstrate critical thinking to resolve issue within defined procedure and practices to determine appropriate action to rapidly repair instrument related issue.

ü Make and follow PM schedule for planned service for contracts.

ü Develop new client, AMC of new Crane, Upselling Cross Selling of new range product.

Who Can Apply :-

ü BE/Diploma Mechanical and Electrical experience ( 2-5 year ) in EOT Crane field service function (even fresher shall be considered).

ü Should be open to travel within the region assigned

ü Strong verbal and written communicator + presentation skills.

ü Proficiency in Microsoft Office,

Job Location :-

Techno Industries: Plot No. 5, 6, 7, Devraj Industrial Estate, Piplaj-Pirana Road, Piplaj, Ahmedabad - 382405 (Gujarat, India).

Job Type: Full-time / Permanent

Working Format: 6 Days working – Mon to Friday (Timings: 09.00 am to 06.30 pm)

– Saturday (Timings: 09.00 am to 05.00 pm)
