Service Engineer for Below Mentioned Location :- Ahmedabad – 05 nos. ü Responsible for Installation, timely maintenance & repair service for EOT /gantry/ hoist etc. ü resolving customers equipment's problems/ breakdowns/ any issue through technical expertise and troubleshooting with complete technical support to customer. ü demonstrate critical thinking to resolve issue within defined procedure and practices to determine appropriate action to rapidly repair instrument related issue. ü Make and follow PM schedule for planned service for contracts. ü Develop new client, AMC of new Crane, Upselling Cross Selling of new range product. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, developing strategic partnerships, and guiding regional sales teams to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the national sales strategy to achieve annual revenue and profitability targets. Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams and channel partners across India. Identify new business opportunities in manufacturing, infrastructure, steel, power, and engineering sectors. Strengthen relationships with key OEMs, EPC contractors, and industrial customers. Oversee tendering, pricing strategy, and negotiation of large-scale crane projects. Collaborate with marketing, design, and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project execution. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer insights to guide strategic decisions. Prepare periodic sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management. Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (MBA in Marketing preferred). 12–18 years of experience in industrial equipment sales, preferably in EOT cranes, lifting solutions, or heavy engineering . Proven track record of leading multi-region sales teams and achieving business growth targets. Strong network across industrial sectors and understanding of project-based B2B sales. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
