The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, coordinating with clients and internal teams, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery, and maintaining performance reports. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to travel across service locations in Bangalore and Hyderabad. Job Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day service operations at assigned hubs. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in electric two-wheelers. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Maintain service quality standards and ensure timely issue resolution. Prepare and update regular service and performance reports. Provide on-site technical support and customer assistance as needed. Ensure adherence to company policies, safety guidelines, and service protocols. Support continuous improvement initiatives in service processes and quality. Job Requirements: Education: Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automobile Engineering preferred. Experience: 34 years of experience in B2B service or OEM setup, preferably in the EV or automotive industry. Strong technical knowledge of electric two-wheeler components, systems, and diagnostics.
