As a Service Project Manager at Siemens, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth through service contracts and projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring customer satisfaction from service contracts and service project management. - Creating business impact and sustainability by driving year-on-year service bank growth. - Acquiring spare parts and small projects from existing customer accounts to contribute to business growth. - Managing the profit and loss (P&L) for assigned projects and contracts to ensure profitability. - Maintaining cash flow for the assigned projects. - Supporting the sales team by generating leads, optimizing costs, and building customer connections. - Acquiring and retaining talented resources within the organization. - Planning and deploying resources efficiently to maximize productivity. - Enhancing the technical knowledge of the service delivery team through training and on-the-job deployments. - Maintaining internal and external audit documents to ensure compliance with business processes. - Upholding EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) policies to ensure safety standards. - Exploring potential digital transformation opportunities to modernize traditional business practices.
