Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer. As a Service Engineer, your day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting, field service, communication, technical support, and maintenance and repair of IVF equipment. This role is located in Mumbai, India.

Qualifications

• Fresher /Min one year Experience in troubleshooting and repairing medical equipment
• Ability to perform field service on IVF equipment
• Excellent communication and technical support skills
• Experience in maintenance and repair of medical equipment
• Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Experience working in an IVF laboratory or medical device company is a plus

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and good organizational skills.
