Role Definition Sales Engineer is one who coverts leads into revenue by visiting/discussing with customer to understand their needs, by resolving their objections, by sending proposals, by negotiating and finalizing the order and collecting payment. Responsibility Deliverable 1. To visit/ call customers to understand their needs, do objection handling, making proposals, negotiate and follow up till the order gets finalized. 2. To process the order by preparing contract review, scope of supply & dispatch requisition 3. Co-ordinating with operations and customer for timely and smooth dispatch of material 4. To maintain all enquiries, quotations and orders collected data. Prepares and presents accurate market information to management Tasks & Activities 1.
