We understand the sensitivity and needs of modern-day IVF laboratory and provide the best solutions to meet those needs. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer. As a Service Engineer, your day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting, field service, communication, technical support, and maintenance and repair of IVF equipment. This role is located in Mumbai, India. Qualifications Fresher /Min one year Experience in troubleshooting and repairing medical equipment Ability to perform field service on IVF equipment Excellent communication and technical support skills Experience in maintenance and repair of medical equipment Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines Bachelor's degree or diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field Experience working in an IVF laboratory or medical device company is a plus Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and good organizational skills.
