Silverline Ventura is seeking a skilled service engineer to lead service and after-sales operations for 2- and 3-wheelers in international markets. The role involves handling service activities, spare parts management, and supporting dealer and distributor networks with robust after-sales solutions. The successful candidate will be based in Pune, Maharashtra , and must bring 3-8 years of experience in the 2 & 3-wheeler automotive industry, with expertise in service, spare parts, and dealer management. Key Responsibilities Manage service operations and after-sales support for international markets. Oversee spare parts operations and ensure timely availability across dealer and distributor networks. Provide technical support and training to dealers and distributors. Handle escalated service issues and ensure effective resolution within timelines. Monitor service KPIs and ensure customer satisfaction standards are met. Develop strong relationships with partners, ensuring smooth dealer and distributor operations. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, service reports, and training materials. Support the international business team for product launches and service readiness. Qualifications & Requirements Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering . 3-8 years of experience in the 2 & 3-wheeler automotive industry. Prior experience in managing dealers and distributors is essential. Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral). Strong negotiation and presentation skills . Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Must be based in Pune, Maharashtra
