About the Role

PV Blink Technology Pvt. Ltd., a leading solar inverter manufacturer under the Make in India initiative, is seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Service Engineer to join our growing service network in Maharashtra.
The candidate will be responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support for PV Blink’s range of solar inverters, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot solar inverter issues on-site and remotely.
• Provide technical support to clients, dealers, and distributors.
• Prepare detailed service reports and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with internal service teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure timely completion of service calls and maintain strong client relationships.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
• Basic understanding of solar inverters and field troubleshooting preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Freshers with technical knowledge and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
