Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Basic knowledge of the solar industry is mandatory
Basic knowledge of solar systems including PV panels, wiring, earthing, and protections
Good understanding of AC & DC electrical concepts
Ability to use basic testing instruments such as multimeter, clamp meter, insulation tester, etc.
Experience or exposure to solar inverters (string / hybrid / off-grid)
Knowledge of battery systems (lead-acid / lithium)
Prior field service experience in solar, UPS, inverter, or power electronics industry
Installation and commissioning of solar inverters and power electronics equipment
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
Diagnose and resolve technical issues at customer sites
Provide technical support to customers, EPCs, and channel partners
Maintain service reports,job cards, and documentation
Ensure adherence to safety standards and company SOPs
Share field feedback related to product performance and recurring issues
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
