Job Description

Job Summary : We are looking for a result-oriented and technically sound Sales & Marketing Professional to lead business development and sales initiatives for Power Electronics products such as Industrial Battery Chargers, MW Rectifiers, AC/DC Load Banks, Hydrogen Rectifiers, and other associated systems. The role involves managing key PSU accounts, industrial EPC clients, and supporting the complete sales cycle from tendering to execution. Key Responsibilities : Drive sales and marketing activities for Power Electronics products across power utilities and industrial EPCs. Manage and grow key government and private client. Lead and participate in tender preparation, bidding, reverse auction processes, and ensure timely submissions of techno-commercial proposals. Coordinate with the Engineering Department for design and customization of AC & DC systems including SMPS Charger, Li-Ion Battery, DCDB, Inverter, ACDB, etc. Engage with customers for design/drawing approvals for products used in gas pipeline, substation, solar, and industrial projects. Conduct cost estimation, prepare error-free proposals, and ensure documentation is aligned with customer and tender requirements. Lead post-order activities including: Entry of Letter of Award (LOA) Master schedule preparation Coordination of supply and technical documentation Handle negotiations related to: Payment terms Pricing Payment instruments Other commercial terms & conditions Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy customer relationships. Provide technical support during bidding and execution phases and assist in resolving customer issues. Analyze local competition, market trends, and provide input for business strategy. Lead and manage the sales/marketing team, ensuring performance targets and training needs are met. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of E-Bidding, Tendering, and Reverse Auctions Understanding of LT Panels, AC/DC systems and Power Electronics Excellent commercial negotiation and customer handling skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills Email CV hr.noida2@energiaa.in
