Job Summary:

The Service Engineer will be responsible for service, repair, and troubleshooting of measuring instruments and related equipment. The role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience with electrical and electronic systems, and the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently. The candidate should be a quick learner, proficient in documentation, and willing to travel across India for service support.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform service, repair, and calibration of measuring instruments and equipment.

· Handle troubleshooting activities for field and in-house equipment.

· Analyze and resolve technical issues of measuring instruments independently.

· Provide technical support to customers and assist in resolving product-related complaints.

· Prepare and maintain service reports and Minutes of Meeting (MOM) with customers.

· Support installation and commissioning of products at client sites.

· Maintain proper documentation of all service activities as per company standards.

· Coordinate with the production and quality teams for technical updates and product improvements.

· Exhibit strong computer literacy for reporting, communication, and data analysis.

· Be willing and available to travel extensively across India for service assignments.

Required Qualifications:

· Education: Diploma / B.E. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering

· Languages: Hindi, English.

· Experience: 0–3 years in service or technical support for measuring instruments / industrial equipment preferred. ‘

· Preferred Fresher Also

Skills & Competencies:

· Strong technical and analytical skills in electrical/electronic measurement systems.

· Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

· Good communication and documentation skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.

· Ability to learn new technologies quickly.

· Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

· Willingness to travel across India as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
