Position summary: Field & factory installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT support, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and customer support for pharma-packaging machinery. Will support spares business and generate service revenue. Frequent domestic travel; occasional international travel for export clients. (Based on your sheet: installation, in-house trials, FAT, dispatch reports, spare business generation). Key responsibilities Install & commission packaging machines / lines at factory & customer sites. Conduct in-house trials, FATs, SATs; prepare and sign-off test reports. Diagnose & fix mechanical, pneumatic, electrical and PLC issues; preventive & breakdown maintenance. Prepare dispatch & service reports (photos/video), update CRM/ERP with service logs. Support spares identification & upsell spare kits to customers. Train customer operators & handover documentation. Provide feedback to Design & QA for field fixes and design improvements.
