Service Engineer - Pharma Analytical Instruments

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Service Engineer with experience in analytical instruments and pharmaceutical production facilities. The ideal candidate should be hands-on in technical service, eager to take responsibility and possess strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform calibration of field instruments like NVPC, LPC, GIT, FIT, etc.Handle installation, breakdowns and preventive maintenance activities.Support senior engineers in ongoing projects.Travel across Ahmedabad to provide service at client pharmaceutical facilities.

Education:

Degree or Diploma in Electronics & Instrumentation, Electrical, ECE or Control & Instrumentation.

Experience Required:

1-5 Years of experience in servicing analytical instruments, preferably in pharmaceutical facilities.

Skills Required:

Strong technical knowledge of instruments currently used in pharma production.Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing guidelines and regulations.Good communication and reporting skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Independently handle NVPC and VPC calibrations within 3 months.Acquire knowledge of working principles of all company Instruments within 3 months.Develop understanding of pharma industry regulations and guidelines.

Working Conditions:

Frequent travel within 100km radius by Bus,Train or Bike.Travel with calibration kit as required.Flexibility to work during late nights or holidays in case of critical service requirements.
