Service Engineer - Pharma Analytical Instruments

About the Role

We are looking for a Service Engineer who is technically sound in analytical instruments and has working experience in pharmaceutical production facilities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, technically driven and have good communication skills to support our growing customer base.Experience: 1-5 YearsEducation: Diploma/Degree in Electronics & Instrumentation, ECE or Control & Instrumentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Calibration of analytical/field instruments such s NVPC,LPC,GIT,FITInstallation & commissioning of instruments at client sites.Attending to breakdowns and troubleshooting issues.Travel across Ahmedabad for service support.Ensuring compliance with pharma manufacturing guidelines & regulations.

Requirements

1-5 years of experience in service/maintenance/calibraton of instruments.Degree/Diploma in Electronics & Instrumentation/ECE/Control & Instrumentation.Knowledge of pharma manufacturing guidelines and regulatory requirements.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS OfficeWillingness to travel extensively (within 100km, by bus/train/bike)

Key Performance Expectations (KPIs):

Independently handle NVPC & VPC calibrations within 3 monthsUnderstand the working principle of all instruments within 3 monthsMaintain accuracy, compliance and timely service delivery.
