Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Ahmedabad. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, technical support, maintenance, and repair of water treatment systems, RO systems, and other related equipment.

Technical Support:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems related to water treatment systems.
• Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Offer technical guidance and advice to customers on system operation and maintenance.

Maintenance:

• Conduct routine maintenance activities, including filter replacements, chemical adjustments, and equipment cleaning.
• Inspect and evaluate the condition of water treatment systems to identify potential problems.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.

Installation:

• Assist in the installation of new water treatment systems, following established procedures and guidelines.
• Configure and calibrate equipment to meet specific customer requirements.

Customer Service:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing their needs promptly and professionally..
