Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will be responsible for performing troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of medical equipment. Daily responsibilities include providing technical support, conducting field service visits, ensuring optimal equipment performance through inspections, and maintaining communication with clients to address their requirements effectively. The role supports hospitals and other healthcare facilities, ensuring all equipment operates efficiently at all times.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with medical equipment
• Experience in field service operations, including on-site installations, inspections, and repairs
• Strong communication skills for engaging with clients and providing updates on service tasks
• Expertise in technical support and diagnostics to ensure equipment functionality
• Knowledge of maintenance and repair processes, including calibration and preventive measures
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced healthcare environments
• Relevant technical training or a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
• Experience in servicing medical or healthcare equipment is preferred
