JOB Description For Installation Engineer / Service Engineer About Us: Make3d.in is a leading provider of 3D printing solutions, committed to delivering cutting-edge technology and top-tier support to our clients. We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Installation Engineer / Service Engineer to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: 3D Printer Installation: Visit client sites to install various models of 3D printers, ensuring proper setup and functionality. Customer Training: Provide hands-on training and demonstrations to customers on how to operate and maintain 3D printers effectively. Technical Support: Offer after-sales support including troubleshooting, maintenance, and service calls to resolve hardware/software issues. Documentation: Collect and maintain installation reports, training records, service logs, and customer feedback. Customer Education: Act as a technical advisor by educating customers on best practices, printer features, and applications to help them maximize the utility of their machines. Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams like Sales, Design, and Production to ensure seamless customer experience. Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field. Basic knowledge of 3D printing technology is preferred (training will be provided). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel for installations and service visits. Problem-solving mindset and a customer-first attitude.
