ob Description for Service Engineer of Rolling stock products:- Assist in corrective and preventive maintenance as well as other after-sales technical support solutions of rolling stock products. Troubleshoot the problem in product Promptly respond to customer complaints. Support evaluation and resolution of problems of the customer. Assists in installing the equipment. Assist in analyzing and review of findings to determine the solution to the problem as per the customer requirements. Works alongside technical sales engineers; offers customer training for the product; repairs, tests and maintains equipment. Monitors performance of the product. Maintains product manuals. Provides customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests. Develops and maintains relations with customers. Collects feedback on customer satisfaction Maintain stock records Documents and follows up on customer complaints regarding billing Qualification:-Diploma/Degree :- Electrical / Electronics Skill:- Know the operating of laptop and MS-Office Can understand electrical circuit Can provide training Know how to operate measuring instrument Experience:- 0 to 5 years Minimum experience on rolling stock product of 2 years Know about the installation & commissioning. Know about the rolling stock product (Electric/Diesel) Hands on service experience in troubleshooting and maintenance
