Job Description - Service Engineer Location: Vasai, Mumbai, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Experience Level: 1-3 Years Industry: Manufacturing & Retail (Air Compressors, Air Dryers, Industrial Equipment) Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Service Engineer to manage installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment (especially air compressors and air dryers) at client sites. The role involves regular travel, customer service, and independent problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: - Install, test, and commission equipment at customer locations - Perform scheduled preventive maintenance - Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues on-site - Document service visits and prepare detailed reports - Provide basic training and technical support to end users - Escalate major technical faults to senior engineers - Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and technical standards - Build long-term customer relationships through professional service Qualifications Required: - Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields - 2 to 3 years of relevant field service experience (preferred in industrial equipment, air compressors, air dryer) - Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on knowledge of tools and testing equipment - Good communication skills - Willingness to travel frequently - Ability to work independently - Valid driving license is an advantage Working Hours: 9:00 AM 7:00 PM Travel Required: yes
