Job Profile: Service Engineer (DC) Responsibilities: Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns. Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively. Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback. Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures. Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment. Monitoring Inventory and reordering materials when needed. Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis. Service Engineer (DC) Requirements: 1. Knowledge of Single Phase and Three Phase System. 2. Circuit Breaker, SPD and Fuse. 3. Contactor, Relay and Rectifier. 4. Power Factor, KW and KVA. 5. Basic Knowledge of Computer, Windows 10 above and Windows Office. 6. Command Mode, Network connection through IPV4. 7. Software knowledge for DC Charger Software Upgradation. 8. Knowledge of Cable like RJ 45, Serial cable, Jumper Cable etc. 9. Excellent active listening and customer service skills.
