Job Description

Position

Job Responsibilities

Handle service and maintenance of Electric Vehicles.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to batteries, motors, controllers, chargers, and other EV systems.
Provide on-site support to dealers, workshops, and customers for product service & troubleshooting.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance and ensure uptime of EVs.
Train dealer service staff on EV diagnostics, repair, and safety protocols.
Support warranty claim analysis and ensure proper documentation.
Provide technical feedback to R&D and Quality teams for continuous product improvement.
Ensure compliance with company service standards, EHS, and customer satisfaction goals.
Travel across assigned regions to support dealerships / service points.

Key Skills Required

Strong knowledge of
Electric Vehicle technology
– battery packs (Li-ion), BMS, drive motors, power electronics.
Experience in
diagnostic tools, CAN protocols, and fault analysis
.
Good understanding of
two-wheeler/three-wheeler servicing
.
Customer handling & problem-solving ability.
Communication, reporting, and training skills.
