Job Description

Role Summary

Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Handling
installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance
of STP/ETP equipment such as pumps, motors, screens, aerators, blowers, valves, and mechanical equipment.
Conduct
preventive and breakdown maintenance
at client sites across India.
Diagnose equipment faults and ensure
timely troubleshooting and repair
.
Prepare and submit
service reports, installation reports, and commissioning documentation
.
Coordinate with the internal team for
spares requirements, service planning, and project handover
.
Provide
on-site technical support
and basic operator training to clients.
Ensure safety compliance and adhere to
Eurotecks service protocols and quality standards
.
Support AMC activities, attend emergency breakdown calls, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Skills & Competencies

Strong technical knowledge of
wastewater treatment equipment
.
Hands-on experience working with
pumps, motors, panels, mechanical screens, diffusers, blowers
, etc.
Working knowledge of
electrical systems
, wiring, and control panels (preferred).
Ability to read
technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs
.
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across
India
.

Qualifications

Diploma / B.Tech in
Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Industrial Engineering
.
1 – 5 years of relevant experience
in the wastewater/STP/ETP industry is mandatory.
