Responsibilities:
Handle service operations of multi-functional devices pertaining to copiers, currency machines, fitness sorters, laminators, shredders
Demonstration, installation, maintenance, repairing and key operating training of MFD’s to customers
Provide technical support to customers
Handle Customer Complaints
Identify and resolve client concerns
Generate service revenue through service contracts
Maintain and establish current and potential client relationships
Qualifications:
B.E. / B. Tech / I.T.I / Diploma in Electronics & Communication with 50 % or above marks
Fresher can be consider but only diploma holders not B.E/B.TECH
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
