Service Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer to handle the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of CNC, SPM, and automation machines. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues, ensuring optimal machine performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, commissioning, and testing of CNC/SPM/automation machines at client sites.
• Provide preventive and corrective maintenance support to customers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system faults.
• Ensure proper documentation of service reports, maintenance logs, and feedback.
• Coordinate with the design and production teams for technical support.
• Provide technical training and guidance to customers’ maintenance teams.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely service delivery.
• Travel to client locations as required for service assignments.

Educational Qualification:

• UG: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / B.Tech or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

Required Skills and Experience:

• 4–7 years of experience in CNC / SPM / Automation machine servicing.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical circuits.
• Hands-on experience in machine troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service tasks.
