Position Overview

We are looking for a

dynamic and technically skilled Service Engineer

to join our team in

Hyderabad

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, calibration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and service support of our range of analytical and laboratory instruments

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, and demonstration of Hanna instruments at customer sites.
• Provide timely preventive and breakdown maintenance services.
• Handle calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of analytical instruments.
• Conduct technical training and product demonstrations for customers.
• Maintain detailed service reports, documentation, and call records.
• Coordinate with the Service and Sales teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, warranty claims, and customer follow-ups.
• Ensure high standards of service delivery and promote customer satisfaction.
• Travel to customer sites within assigned territory as required.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 14 years of experience in servicing analytical, laboratory, or process instruments.
• Strong understanding of electrical, electronics, and instrumentation systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
• Knowledge of calibration and maintenance procedures for lab/process instruments will be an added advantage.
