Service Engineer in Packaging Industry shift timing: 9 am to 6:30 pm with sunday week off Job Summary:- We're seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join our packaging industry team, providing technical support and maintenance services for our packaging machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities - Installation and Commissioning: Install and commission packaging machinery, ensuring it meets customer requirements and specifications. - Maintenance and Repair: Provide routine maintenance and repair services for packaging equipment, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems efficiently. - Technical Support: Offer technical support and training to customers and internal teams, ensuring they understand equipment operation and maintenance. - Quality Control: Ensure equipment is installed and maintained to meet quality and safety standards. - Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for equipment improvement and implement modifications to enhance performance and efficiency. Requirements and Skills - Technical Background: Degree or diploma in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics engineering, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in packaging industry maintenance, repair, or installation. - Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, with experience working with PLCs, sensors, and control systems. - Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. - Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams. Preferred Qualifications - Packaging Industry Experience: Familiarity with packaging machinery and processes, such as bottling, labeling, or packaging lines. - Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as PLC programming or machinery safety, are desirable. - Travel: Pune and pan India  - Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet customer needs and deadlines Job Responsibility:  * He has to work under the umbrella of the customer care department. * He will be given a service/installation call which he has to complete. * Able to look for spare parts sales, visiting customers for material and machine promotion. * Understand the requirement of Customers. * Proper handling of product & machineries. * Build contact with Potential clients to create new business  Opportunities. * Cross-sales of different products to same customer.
