Location :- KOLKATA
Experience : 3- 5 YEARSSalary :- 3-4 LPAEducation :- BE MechanicalCandidate should have :-🔆 Travel to customer sites to install new equipment, diagnose technical issues, and implement solutions🔆 Perform regular maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and optimal performance, often scheduling and completing preventative maintenance plans.🔆 Repair equipment, address malfunctions, and implement corrective actions to resolve issues promptly.🔆 Coordinate with the technical team for complex problem resolution.🔆 Follow up for rejected material from site, providing dispatch details of mat., coordinating with customer.🔆 Communicate technical information to customers, provide training on equipment usage and maintenance, and address customer concerns.🔆 Work closely with Batching plants, updating reports on ERP. Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor in all interactions.🔆 Preferably from the process industry, chemicals, pharmaceutical equipment manufacturers, or project consultants (mechanical equipment/process industry).Skills: installation of equipment,erp reporting,plants,repair and corrective actions,equipment,customer communication,instalation,preventative maintenance,maintenance,technical troubleshooting,training on equipment usage
