Install, commission, and maintain air compressors (reciprocating, screw, centrifugal, etc.) at customer sites. Perform routine preventive maintenance as per service schedules and company standards. Diagnose faults and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues in air compressor systems. Repair or replace defective components such as motors, valves, filters, pressure switches, and control panels. Conduct performance testing and ensure compressors operate efficiently and safely. Attend breakdown calls and provide timely on-site service support to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance logs, and customer service records. Explain equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and safety guidelines to customers. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company service protocols. Coordinate with spare parts and technical teams for timely repairs and replacements. Support installation of air dryers, filters, pipelines, and related accessories when required. Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in good working condition.
