Experience with test and analysis (troubleshooting) of electronics devices.
Proven experience assembling and disassembling power electronics hardware to applicable standards.
Understanding the concept of reverse engineering.
Ability to do Soldering and desoldering along with mounting manually.
Skill to conceptualize and communicate major elements of electrical design, engineering, and/or maintenance.
Ability to read and understand schematics, wiring diagrams, layouts, and other related specifications.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong troubleshooting (electronic design) skills.
Excellent ESD prevention knowledge and practices.
Communicates well within small and large teams.
Ability to work independently and as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
Testing equipment usage and new product development experience.
Innovative set of mindset with affinity towards constant upgradation and R&D.
(Must have ability and knowledge to recognize to work with electronics components like resister, capacitor, IC, MOSFET, Microcontroller etc.)
