Job Description

Rapsys Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for Service now Developer- Security Incident Response (SIR) to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

A ServiceNow Developer is responsible for designing, coding, testing, and implementing custom solutions using the ServiceNow platform
The job duties include:1
Designing and developing custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform

Collaborating with the ServiceNow administrators and IT teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
3
Configuring the platform to meet business requirements, including customizing forms, reports, and workflows
4
Debugging and fixing issues in existing ServiceNow solutions
5
Writing and maintaining technical documentation, such as design documents, user guides, and technical specifications
6
Providing support to end-users, including troubleshooting and training on new features and functionalities
7
Staying up-to-date with ServiceNow platform updates and new releases
Additionally, knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies is also required
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills are also important
