Mandatory Skills

  • Excellent Comm skill (verbal /Written)
  • Chat Exp in the previous Roles, Good Typing skills
  • 24 / 7 environment including Nightshift and weekends
  • Work Location Indore

Good to have

  • Experience in Core Tech Support Projects, 6+ months of experience in infra, Storage, Service Desk
  • Experience in Product troubleshooting, resolving issue/tickets
  • Knowledge of any Ticketing tool, ITIL knowledge
  • Experience in operating in Hyperscaler environment (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in supporting Google / Microsoft products
  • Google Workspace Administrator certification / Microsoft certifications
