Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Service Desk Manager (SDM) with 7-13 years of experience to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams and implementing process changes. This position is based in Chennai & Pune.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage all activities in the Delivery center to ensure seamless operations.
Implement process changes and develop Service Improvement Plans (SIP) to enhance customer satisfaction.
Supervise team performance and provide guidance to achieve goals.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve service quality.

Job Requirements

Graduate degree in any field, preferably full-time.
Proficient in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
Mandatory certification: JPLT N1 or equivalent test of spoken and written technical IT-specific knowledge in both English.
Minimum 2 years of experience in voice support for customers.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Notice period: Immediate - 30 days.
