*Job Summary:* Provide First-level Customer Support for Network Related Issues. Required understanding of Routers, Switches, NAC. CCNA Level knowledge required to troubleshoot and LAN/WAN problems handling, Required Good English communication, Escalating complex issues and Hands-on experience for handling Email, Calls queries.
*Key Responsibilities:* 1. Handle Support Tickets.
2. Understanding of SLA
3. Troubleshoot User Issues and Network faults (IP, BGP, Crypto) 4. Maintain logs and documentation in every case.
*Requirements:* Basic CCNA knowledge (Networking Fundamentals) Strong English Communication, Customer handling, MS-Excel & Technical and non-technical problem-solving skills.
