Job Description

Responsibilities: Troubleshoot workstation issues (hardware, software, network). Handle and triage user queries efficiently. Communicate effectively with users via appropriate channels. Diagnose, categorize, and resolve reported issues. Provide remote assistance and document all tasks. Ensure high customer satisfaction and meet SLA guarantees. Escalate unresolved problems as needed. Monitor and troubleshoot backup software, event logs, and hardware tools. Perform disk defragmentation and hardware diagnostics. Understand RAID and desktop hardware fundamentals.
