Service Design and Development

As a Service Design and Development Assistant, your role will involve developing new content on Connected Source based on strategic priorities and business needs using Sitecore, a leading-edge experience platform. Your responsibilities will include running strategic knowledge harvesting efforts to support rapid build-out efforts and uploading and managing knowledge assets using Connected Source content management system (CCMS). You will also enhance existing content on Connected Source to ensure continued business relevance and manage the content development process using Microsoft Azure and DevOps. Additionally, you will support business impact and adoption activities such as reporting on performance figures using CS Power BI reports, gathering success stories, and producing communications materials. Your contribution to community building through participation in Currents and other community platforms, as well as engaging in and supporting the running of internal Connected Source team meetings, will be essential. Key Responsibilities: - Develop new content on Connected Source using Sitecore - Run strategic knowledge harvesting efforts - Upload and manage knowledge assets using CCMS - Enhance existing content on Connected Source - Manage the content development process using Microsoft Azure and DevOps - Support business impact and adoption activities including reporting and gathering success stories - Contribute to community building and internal team meetings Qualifications Required: - Graduation and above - Industry experience in Power BI tools and data visualization skills - Excellent project planning skills with a focus on workload prioritization, organizational skills, and time management - Experience in conducting primary research and creating comprehensive content with minimum supervision - Technical capabilities in client communication, SME interaction, report generation, web page design, project management, and change management principles - Key personal attributes include openness to learning new skills, awareness of industry trends, attention to detail, flexibility in adapting to new situations, and strong verbal and written communication skills Note: The job location is in Kolkata/Bangalore with 2-4 years of experience in L&D support background. The shift timing is in the General Shift. Knowledge of tools such as MS Office Suite, G Suite, Power BI, Alteryx, Workbench, Sitecore, and MS Azure is required for this role.,
